HVAC Service Technician / Installation Technician

Full-time. Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing residential heating/cooling systems, commercial walk-in refrigeration units, ice machines, and standby generators.

Key Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in residential HVAC and commercial refrigeration preferred. (We will train and help motivated candidates acquire their EPA certification).

Own basic hand tools.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Positive attitude, neat appearance, and commitment to clear customer communication.

Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call emergency dispatch schedule.

Customer Service & Office Support Representative

Full-time. Manages incoming customer calls, coordinates technician dispatch across Ohio and West Virginia, maintains customer equipment records, and assists with administrative office operations.

Key Qualifications:

Strong telephone communication and customer service skills.

Basic computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, and schedule dispatching).

Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced trade office environment.

Previous telephone sales or trade dispatch experience is a plus
