While we strive to maintain 24/7 emergency response availability across Southeastern Ohio and Wood County, West Virginia, dispatch times may vary depending on weather conditions, seasonal call volume, and technician availability.

Equipment estimates provided online or over the phone are preliminary; official firm pricing requires an on-site evaluation by a qualified Twin Oaks technician.

 

2. Online Bill Payments
Customers using our online payment portal agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment and billing information.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the entered Invoice Number and Payment Amount correspond accurately to the statement balance issued by Twin Oaks Refrigeration.

In the event of a disputed charge or an accidental duplicate payment, please contact our Coolville billing office immediately at (740) 667-6784 to arrange a timely adjustment or refund.
