Reliable Heating, Cooling & Backup Power in Albany, Ohio
Properties in and around Albany experience wide seasonal swings—from muggy summer afternoons to brisk ridge winds in January. Many rural homes outside the village rely on electric heat pumps or propane furnaces, where proper sizing and refrigerant charge make a dramatic difference in monthly utility costs. Our technicians service all makes and models, install dual-fuel hybrid systems, maintain agricultural cold storage, and provide turn-key Generac standby generator installations.
What Our Customers Have Said
We have used Twin Oaks several times now over the past two years or so, and they are always very easy to work with, reasonably priced, and very thorough with their work. In our area, there are a lot of options for the kind of service that we needed, but a lot are very overpriced or try to convince you that you need work that isn’t fully necessary. We know we aren’t going to have that problem with Twin Oaks.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a dual-fuel HVAC system and is it a good fit for Albany homes?
A dual-fuel system pairs an electric heat pump with a propane or natural gas furnace. The heat pump heats your Albany home efficiently during mild and moderate weather, then automatically switches to the gas furnace during deep sub-freezing temperatures for optimal comfort and lower energy bills.
How often should I schedule HVAC maintenance in Albany, OH?
We recommend two tune-ups per year—one in spring for cooling and one in fall for heating. Our Safety & Efficiency Agreement (SEA) automates both visits and gives you priority emergency dispatch.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service in Albany and along the Route 32 corridor?
Yes. Because Albany is a direct 20-minute drive from our Coolville facility along US-50/SR-32, our on-call technicians respond rapidly day or night for heating outages and refrigeration emergencies.
