What Our Customers Have Said
We have used Twin Oaks several times now over the past two years or so, and they are always very easy to work with, reasonably priced, and very thorough with their work. In our area, there are a lot of options for the kind of service that we needed, but a lot are very overpriced or try to convince you that you need work that isn’t fully necessary. We know we aren’t going to have that problem with Twin Oaks.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you service commercial walk-in coolers and ice machines for Athens restaurants?
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency repair and preventive maintenance for walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, reach-in prep tables, commercial ice machines, and glycol beer systems throughout Uptown Athens and East State Street.
Can you install ductless mini-splits in older Athens homes without ductwork?
Absolutely. Many historic homes near Ohio University rely on radiators or lack central ductwork. We design and install single-zone and multi-zone Carrier ductless mini-split heat pumps that deliver quiet, room-by-room heating and air conditioning without invasive remodeling.
How quickly can you dispatch a technician from Coolville to Athens?
Our Coolville headquarters is a direct 20-minute drive down US-50 to Athens, allowing our stocked service vans to reach residential and commercial calls quickly—including nights and weekends via our 24/7 emergency line.
